This hotel was so great! The location was perfect for our event, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety. The staff, especially the assistant manager, were accommodating, helping us resolve a stressful situation with grace. The room wasvery comfy and tidy. A great find overall!

Location was perfect close to everything

I wanted the first floor as they have no elevator there and had put notes in instructions s but they did not have any when I arrived

The efficient room change after we encountered an unpleasant odor was handled with a very positive attitude by the front desk.

The bathroom sink plug was broken, resulting in an inconvenient situation .

Loved the price Hotel was clean and comfortable Not too far away from Government Camp to play in the snow. Staff was friendly and accomodating Convenient restaurants and shopping nearby Close to freeway

Outdated Stains on comforters No safe for personal belongings, which would have been ideal

It is clean and the staff are very nice and very quick to help.

In all the times we have stayed there only one problem with a thermostat and staff quickly fixed it

Breakfast food was cold. Had to eat elsewhere.

Breakfast to remember, but noisy nights

The range of breakfast options was excellent, with everything from fresh fruits to hearty hot dishes, which fueled our adventures. Staff greeted us warmly each day.

Unfortunately, our room felt more like a home for a football game than a quiet retreat-noisy neighbors partied late into the night, making it hard to sleep.

Staff were knowledgeable and competent. The location was EASY, and the particularly nice breakfast was offered.

It was a nicely appointed hotel with good internet. The room was a nice size and immaculate and had king size bed, which was comfy. The food was fresh - lots of options. Location: the venue was right by other stores, the mountain, and restaurants. Local fast food option Taco Time was 15 minutes walk away.

Didn't like anything, except variety.

We were greeted warmly and professionally upon arrival. All our needs were addressed promptly. The breakfast banquet was top-notch. Very clean rooms with all the comforts, and some unexpected bonuses. This establishment is close to an abundance of activities for all ages. Over all, I felt very welcome and secure during my stay. I give five stars.

Good location for events, renovated rooms, clean and well-maintained indoor pool

The bathrooms need major upgrades!!! The TV was unreliable, and noisy neighbors made it difficult to relax. A directory of local venues would have been helpful, and the strange smells lingering in the hallways were off-putting!!!
